I had a lovely time. the room was spacious with a cozy lounge area and a huge bathroom. The breakfast options were delightful and fresh. However, I had some minor flooding issues with the bath.

The elevator was out of service, and I encountered loud workers in the corridor shortly after 7 A.M., making it impossible to get restful sleep. When I communicated my concerns to the reception, their dismissive response only added to my frustration, as I had clearly witnessed the noise disruption. This experience has significantly affected my perception of the hotel's service quality.

Staying at Hotel Royal was a treat! The staff's warm hospitality, combined with the spacious rooms featuring tasteful decor, made it a rewarding escape. Breakfast was simply delicious—don’t miss it!

However, the elevator being out of service added a little inconvenience since I was on the fourth floor, and navigating luggage was a workout to say the least.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. The room had a lingering smoke odor.

The spacious room included a comfy king-size bed and a quirky decor reminiscent of the 1970s, which I found charming. After a long day, I enjoyed some time at the sauna and hot tub, perfect for unwinding. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a bit more lighting, but it didn't take away from my lovely stay! 😊
